"Healing begins in spaces where you feel seen, heard, and safe."

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy for adults in California, Arizona, and Texas seeking support with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Therapy is not about fixing who you are — it is about helping you reconnect with yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and understanding.

As an Asian American therapist, I understand the ways culture, identity, family systems, and intergenerational experiences can shape emotional wellbeing and influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. My work includes supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those navigating multiracial and multicultural experiences as they navigate identity, belonging, family dynamics, and the intersection of multiple cultural influences.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you feel deeply understood, emotionally held, and free to explore your experience without judgment. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and a deeper connection to your authentic self so you can move through life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust.

Through therapy, you may begin to:

• Think, feel, and act without self-judgment, self-abandonment or self-sabotage

• Develop healthier boundaries and relationships

• Feel more connected to your authentic self

• Develop greater awareness of your emotions, needs, and patterns

• Become more attuned to the subtle signals from your body

• Feel more centered, grounded, and emotionally balanced

• Build confidence in your ability to regulate emotions and return to calm when activated

• Feel confident making decisions that support your wellbeing now and into your future

• Experience yourself with more compassion, clarity, and trust

Whether you're moving through a difficult season or seeking deeper connection with yourself, I invite you to reach out. I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
